• Multi layer tubing is manufactured to DIN 73378 tolerances

Valpar have led the way in multi layer tube technology over the last two decades. Our equipment has capability for mono to 5 layer extrusion.

Valpar can offer industry leading constructions or help you to develop specific constructions to your needs. Whether this be special external TPE’s for external coatings for durability and flame spread or inner layers enhancing protection against permeation, Valpar can offer you options for your applications.

Solutions are available for standard, high performance and conductive applications at present in constructions utilising PVDF and EVOH.

TPE coatings

A range of these to SAEJ2027 are available as optional fire retardants. Sizes range from 4x1 to 18x2mm.
